  1. I've been trying for awhile now to find the best way to convert a DVD to put on a PSP...

What I thought would be the easiest way would be to use the ripper called "yade x" to highlight the main movie and then to save it as one vob file. This works great at exporting the main movie, and most video players and encoders can read it fine.

However, I get an error when trying to use ffmpegx...

"To comply with copyright laws, DVD device input is not allowed. Please select a file or a non-encrypted VIDEO_TS folder from your hard disk."

I'm guessing this is a bug in the software since it's an already decrypted vob?

I mainly put this in general to see if there is a better way to do it...

  2. Move the .vob file outside any folder named VIDEO_TS.

I love you... I was going out of my mind and I didn't even think of that...

    Thank you soooo much.
