Go to the KVCD site.
If you ask me, those templates suck anyway.
Smart encoding techniques are all you need,
not templates handed to you.Want my help? Ask here! (not via PM!)

In short ...
The reason is simple. Because the template was ment for NO AUDIO
(video-only) encoding. Not audio. You are suppose to handle the
audio on your own. This template is mainly for those already
experience in the kvcd and want a video-only encode.
.
If you *still* want to use this template, then you probably have
to unlock it (if it is locked) and just tic the Video+Audio option
in the main screen of TMPG. Then, you go to the audio tab and
select the audio bitrate you want to use

@buzzinhornets,
I'll add a little comment to complement vhelp's answer.
It's a fact that tmpgenc's internal audio encoder is a very poor encoder, and that's why the audio is disabled in the templates. That's common knowledge at the kvcd.net forums.
So learn to use either BeSweet or HeadAC3he, and you'll get wonderful audio results.
@lordsmurf,
Now why couldn't you just answer like that?
I guess you have some personal vendetta against KVCD?, as all the posts I see from you are pretty rubbish against all KVDC related issues and questions.
Or maybe it's just that you're a little short on knowledge?, and you can't even answer a simple question like the one buzzinhornets asked?
