I have a couple of questions...
I heard that some TV stations or cable/sat companies are blocking your ability to record certain shows. 24 comes to mind.
Are there any current HD capture cards that will (probably) not be impacted by what the TV networks, etc want to block?
Are any of these cards good quality/reliable?
Do any capture to mpeg2 by hardware?
I've been considering that ATI HD card (I know avi only), but I'm concerned about whether it will 'ignore' any block signals.
