  1. hi, can anyone help please? i've downloaded a film from the net and when i tried to burn this using nero vision express to a 4.7gb disc i was told there was not enough space for my project. so i purchased a dual layer disc (8.5gb) to see if this got over the problem. still getting the same message. how can i cure this? cheers

    1) You need a dual layer DVD Burner to use Dual Layer Discs.
    2) You need to provide more info on the downloaded movie (like title and size of the file)
    3) You need to fill out your profile...ie...do you have a DL Burner.
    4) ....basically....need more info.
    Thanks

Warez includes downloaded copyrighted movies, movies that are not yet released on VHS/DVD and copying rented movies.

Yes, but Limewire can be used to download warez such as the downloaded film you are referencing. Limewire is simply peer 2 peer software. To avoid future problems, either give more information in your initial post (if the film is public domain or something legal for you to download) or simply refrain from downloading copywritten content (if the film you downloaded is copywritten)

  7. how am i to know if the film is copywritten?
as i've already said i'm new to this.

If it was released in a theater or commercially available on DVD, I would assume it is copywritten.

    Copywritten.

No help for you! (from me at least)

You could avoid all of these problems by going to your local discount store (Walmart, Target, K-Mart) or even a video store and buying a legal copy. It was just released on DVD last Tuesday.

Quick Question. Do you have the DVD already? As in a copy that was not downloaded from Limewire?
