I use Xmpeg and encode i 2-pass. The problem is that all "normal" bitrate calc. only calculates for 1-pass. The 2-pass file always gets bigger. Is there any bitrate calc. who can make it right? Or how can I count it out myself?

It seems to me that Xmpeg does not handle the bitrate right in 2-pass. There cannot be no difference in filesize with same bitrate, so Xmpeg uses a (if only slightly) higher bitrate for 2pass than for 1pass. This a problem of XMpeg, not of the bitrate-calculators.

Morphix does it, I think I found it at digital-digest.
If you want accurate calculation, I suggest using Guardian Knot with Nandub (or virtualdub for DivX 4.11)
