Hey guys, uh I just discovered MPEG4 and I am really excited about encoding with it. The only problem is that when I get it all done and ready to try it out, my stupid Hauppauge PVR350 won't play it through the TV-OUT. What would you guys reccommend for a cheap video card that can output MPEG4 to your TV? I don't really care about capturing anything with it, because my PVR350 takes care of that, but I wan't to be able to output the MPEG4 to my TV and the 5.1 encoded sound to my receiver. Any suggestions on this would be greatly appreciated!!

Power Color and Sapphire have some low end PCI cards that have composite video output.
They should be around $50. Check Newegg:http://www.newegg.com/ and go to 'Video Cards'. Do a search for PCI, TV out cards. That should give you some ideas. PCI cards seem to be kind of a rare item.
For the audio, that depends on your sound card.
