    is there a way to get a movie from a tv site where site video it isnīt available to download ?

    What format is the stream in? There are many programs that can capture and save a streamed video, like StreamboxVCR, EO Video, WMV Recorder, etc. Look at those and see if they can save what you are trying to watch.
