    Yes Yes Yes!!!!!

    This is the only way to re-encode bad mpeg 2 DVB sources to valid DVD framesizes!

    Use this filter with virtualdub mpeg 2 and any DVB source! It is a "must"!!!!

    MSU_Deblocking is for mpeg 2 what rmPAL is for the PAL VHS tapes!
