    I have encountered crashing in demuxing dual audio videos in VirtualDubMod . Are there other ways to demultiplex? other programs that can do that?

    i think he means for avi files -- but he doesnt really say ..

    Well with VirtualDubMod it could be ogm, mkv or avi. AVIMuxGUI works quite well and can demux numerous audio and subtitle formats. Also there is mplayer/mencoder or ffmpeg.

    umm...the one i am demultiplexing is a dual audio anime (ogm) with subtitles. specifically Gundam G. i also need to demux the subtitles. what program do you recommend?

  6. I am not sure whether TMPGEnc will properly detect all the audio streams in an avi file.

    If VirtualDubMod won't work, then Try ogmdemuxer.

    is there a gui version of ogmdemuxer? my command prompt in my windows xp doesn't work

    Not that I know of. The command line version is cross platform though, so you could run it under linux.

    Try run-->cmd.
