Playing TWO files in sync together

Ok odd ball question here :-)

is there an easy way to play TWO mpg files at once ?

forgotten has TWO version on the disc one is longer than the other and its driving me nuts I can not tell what the difference is I am assuming so added/removed scenes

the curiosity is driving me nuts I want to play them side by side so I can SEE when they differ from each other :-)

suggestions ?

right now I am using power dvd to play one and media player for the other but was hoping for a ore elegant solutuon :-)

The alt version, is supposedly the theatrical version with the 3 cut scenes put back in place.
