I brought her Wendy's and ordered a pizza

She is 6 pounds 9 ounces and 19 inches long.

Ours was 6 10 and 19 inches Must be something genetic to PWs

Congrats Adam. Doctors have known for quite some time now what causes births...maybe you should have had that checked out a bit earlier...
My son is 18 months old now...amazing how time flies. Get all of the hugs and kisses you can NOW because my son is already running and hiding from them.....and NO....not just mine...

My wife was induced 10 days early and my so was still born at 9lbs. 2.4oz. and 20 1/2" long. He actually had muscle control at birth because he lifted his arm out causing some light bruising. Due to that fact, and the 10 day early delivery, his billirubin count was high so he was jaundice. They had him under the billi-lights for a week. So my sun just layed and relaxed while getting a tan the first week of his life. We also joke with people that we had to wait a week for our son to come home because our blue light special was on lay away. Even funnier is that we have this monster large baby in the ICU with all these premies and people kept thinking our son was already 2-3 months old. People would ask, "how long has been in here?" and I'd tell them only a few days. They'd ask, "Were you able to take him home after he was born?" I'd tell them, "He was only born a few days ago. We haven't even left the hospital." At which point the other person's mouth would drop and I'd have to explain he has bruised his arm while being delivered.

I'm sure you'll enjoy her Adam. You're a lucky man. I got my wife ice cream and smoothies. The score was definitely in my favor that day.

There was a tv in the delivery room but it was pointed right down at her and she didn't want it on and I couldn't really argue with her at that point in time. So I just kept getting her lots of ice chips and checking the radio each time.

My wife actually kinda likes the food at the hospital but I'm going to score some points by decorating the house with "it's a girl" stuff before she brings the baby home tomorrow morning.

Awfully cute baby @ 1 hour old....most of them still look like E.T. until the next day at least.. Mine was a bit of a conehead for a day or two. They had to use that suction cup thingy on the top of his head to get him to come out...
