    Just bought a DVD-ROM. Would like to know what is the best software and settings to use for ripping DVDs? Which encoder is better? Panasonic 2.51 or TMPGEnc?

    TMPGEnc is the best encoder! As for settings for ripping DVDs just leave it as it is as the default settings are the best.
