Opening DVD's in Computer

I have transferred some camcorder videos to DVD-R and DVD-Ram. I can only view them on my computer if they are finalized. I had hoped to be able to Open them, upload to my computer, and then make DVD's of only certain Chapters. Is there a simple way to do this? I have the following software that came with my DVD/CD Rewriter: Nero Express, Nero BackItUp, InCD, Power Producer Gold, and Power DVD.

you can use DVD Shrink in reauthor mode

You can also use TMPGEnc DVD Author or Nero Recode.

Is Nero Recode part of the Nero 6 Ultra? I am considering upgrading from the original OEM of Nero Express, does it have a lot more advantages?

Yes I think Nero Recode is part of Nero Ultra. But it is better to check nero.com to exactly know which product is bundled with what.

IMO yes. The full Nero 6 Ultra gives you things like Nero Recode, Nero Vision Express, Nero SHowtime and various utilities like CD Speed and Drivespeed.
