    Hi,

    I have just extracted the VOB file from DVD. How do I now convert it to an AVI file that can be played in media player? Cheers

    Try Auto Gordian Knot,get the older version.I beleive the latest version is bundled with nasties!!

    I agree with Bodyslide. I learn from the guides so why cant others. Only ask when help is really needed. Nothing personal.
    Why create an Avi anyway? So you can play it on media player. You can do it with the dvd.
    Life is like a pothole, you just have to learn to get around it.

    You can also use fairuse. It will rip the dvd and create an avi automatically.
