  1. Hi everyone,

I had 1 movie (2 avi files) that i wanted to put on dvd.
    A.avi CD1=716,754 KB
    B.avi CD2=716,228 KB
I used dvdsanta and it gave me the VOB files ready to be burned on dvd.
the problem is that if i copy the files to DVD, then it will play CD2 first instead of CD1 first...
In short, the DVD will start with middle of the movie (CD2) ... :/
It took me 6 hours to encode with dvdsanta :/
Now i am out of space on my disk.

i dont know what to do to make a DVD playing the movie properly.

I think dvdsanta did that cuz CD2 has a smaller size than CD1.
    How to fix this prb?
    thx for answering,

  2. When you authered the DVD using dvdsanta the sequence of the files got reversed. That is why cd2 is playing first. Youe have to recreate your dvd. Make sure cd1 files is added before cd2 file.

  3. no CD1.avi was first in dvdsanta :/
    besides that, i deleted the CD1.avi and CD2.avi :/
    Any other suggestion?
I tried with DVDshrink to make new VOBs by changing orders...but it didnt help.
I tried then to copy them with cloneDVD but this time i got only 1st part playing....:/
    weird..
    what's wrong now..
    what can i do..
    thanx for answering

Use reauthor mode in DVDShrink. Drag the title across, then set the Start/End points so that it encapsulates the first half of the movie (the bit that was CD1.avi originally). Drag the title across again and repeat, except this time select the second half of the movie (the bit that was CD2.avi orginally). If you're lucky DVDSanta may have created a chapter point at the join, which should make this task relatively easy.
    If in doubt, Google it.
