Hi gurus
After scanning through ,most of the threads, decided to post one for myself.
The Problem: My VCD does not have proper motion, it is seen like what one sees in TMPGEnc while encoding and sometimes it gets struck and shows still picture. There no sound as well.

Let me tell you what I did
Captured my video from panasonic(NTSC) camcorder using Matrox Marvel G450 eTV capture card
Used TMPGEnc to cut the unwanted and then encoded it using the same by using the VidoCD(NTSC) template.
Used Nero 5.5.5.1 initially to burn the VCD then tried using Nero 5.5.2.4 as I saw a post saying that there is some problem in 5.5.5.1. But the result is same. I used burning at 2x though my writer supports up to 8x.

I have used Nero to copy some movie VCD to the PC and have burned them to my CD-R and played in my VCD player
So there is no problem of playing VCD on CD-R on my player. I feel the problem is with the encoding. I have followed all steps given in the How to use TMPGEnc. I even changed the
VFAPI plug-in so that AVI VFW Reader has highest priority.

For good sound I can use toolLame. But what to do when there is no sound atall.
Could you please help me to get good VCD

If some is ready to help me on YM, I am online in at asraj_oracle

Thank you
Steve
