Motion Menu in DVD-lab...

Yo!
Im attempting to create my first Motion menu and so far its going great. I got my Motion background set but the buttons i have placed always turn invisible during testing. I have set the Button Visibility to Visible but thats not helping. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you create a motion menu, everything will disappear except linked objects. So when you create your buttons, link them to something, then they'll show up.

When you need static things, you have to encode that into the motion video.

1. Bear in mind that preview in Dvd-lab is not working properly when having motion menu. e.g. still pictures you inserted as buttons are invisible and you 'll need to "render motion".

2. If your buttons consist of simple rectangles or a text etc, which do not require "render motion", you just check the position of the slider in "button hi-lite group". In normal mode it is by default set fully left (invisible).

Anyway you can do a test compile to see how your links would behave (it will only take seconds).
