I've spent the last couple of days searching, waiting for this opportunity to ask my question. I did find lost's of usefull info, but nothing to help me with my problem.
Have made several successful re-author discs using Dolby Digital clips, but when I try to do DTS scenes I get the audio out of sync. Out of 24clips about a 1/3 are out of sync. I'm guessing that it has something to due with the demultiplexing. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, since each time I try to complie scenes different clips have the audio problem, it's not the same clip each time.
When I compile the DTS scenes using DVDshrink there are no sync issues.
Attached is the demultiplexing properties, in case I didn't select the right option.
Hope I put this the right forum, the problem is with audio but it's when I re-author it becomes an issue.

Do you let DVDLab Pro demultiplex your stream? There was a problem in the past with the demultiplexor of DVDLab. Try demultiplexing in an external app, then bring the two streams into DVDLab Pro. See if that helps you out.
