Hi, guys (and girls)
I was using DVDLab Pro to author a DVD. It has an option where we can select how 16:9 material will be showed on a 4:3 TV. We can select Letter Box, Pan & Scan or "let the player decides". I finnally discovered for what "4:3 PS and 4:3 LB" on my DVD player setup are.
Why don't DVD companies use "player decides" option? I've found only one movie where they did it (Superman 1). And I don't know if it was a mistake of theirs, because Superman 2 and 3 aren't like that.
Is there a way to change it with IFOedit after DVD is already authored ?
Thanks in advance.
