I've heard that one & this one before.
I didn't think it was that funny when I heard it, but it fit with BJ_Ms joke.A woman get's on the plane and complains that the seats are so small and she's staying on the plane while the people at the next connection get on. She complained about it the whole way to the first stop. The stewardess calmly allows her to change seats to an exit row while they were waiting for the connecting passengers. Once in the air, the lady hits the call button for a stewardess. Nobody comes. She pushes it again, and still nobody comes. She presses it repeatedly to find a stewardess pass her with beverages and do nothing. She finally gets up and goes to the head stewardess and shouts, "Why isn't anyone helping me?"
The stewardess calmly replies, "We only allow 1 carry-on per flight."

The problem with the whole scenario is this paragraph:Originally Posted by somebodeez

This article will come and go. But if the woman's daughter had just let the RIAA hang themselves publically in court, it would have been a more "enduring" story (and a much bigger embarrassment). -

The things people will do to avoid litigation. It's not like there aren't lawyers in hell who'd take the case.

So.
The RIAA wants to put an RFID in the IP so they can track and identify the suspectee.
Isn't this whole thing RIP yet?

Just that the quoted post was basically nonsense working up to a pun.

Man......I usually just read up on how everything is going around here now....not as much posting with my new job and everything but this is one of the better posts I have seen.........it is so bad and cheesy that its great.
What a great post.....starts out talking about some news and then everyone chimes in with puns......hahahahaha.
Keep up the good work everyone and glad to see everyone is still having a great time in this community.
probably some puns about this post now.

Gee, I hope they didn't have songs sung at her service. Since they can't get her because she didn't have a pc, they might try to go after her for that instead :P

That is sad but true. The riaa may say that royalties were not paid so they exume the body and hold it hostage until they get their money.Originally Posted by somebodeez

(On a semi-serious note) They could actually have her estate pay a fine(s) - if they were so inclined. DOn't know if that might be do-able or not, I'm just guessing if that could be done.
In the meantime, getting back to the job at hand ....
We gotta take our hat(z) off for all the fine work everyone has been enjoying so far.

I'd let them keep the body. At worst, the grandmother would haunt them. At best, they have to pay for the upkeep of holding a dead body for ransom. I respect the dead, so I wouldn't disturb the grave, but if anyone else wants to, go ahead. Have at it. It's not like the woman would be a great party person.Originally Posted by bazooka
