Click Here to read an article on hopes that the film may make a comeback on home video. It's about a month old ... and the revelations surrounding it surfaced last year. But, this is a hopeful sign and still may be "latest news" to some people. I read one article on another page that indicated the "stumbling block" in getting it released has not been outside pressure, but CEO Michael Eisner's personal dislike of the film. Eisner retires next year.

  3. Good. The sooner the better. Despite the controversy, this movie is a classic, and it's a crime to suppress it.

I love the stories about briar rabbit.

  4. Yeah. I have a laserdisc boot, but I'd buy it in a second if it were released. My dad took me to see one of the re-releases in the theater when I was a kid.

  5. Def a Disney classic that was banned for racial reasons that I guess I will never understand.

Hopefully they will bring it back, if anything, to watch the pirated versions on eBay crash and burn.
