  1. I've just installed DVD Decrypter v3.2.3.0 on my PC. When double clicking on the shortcut on the desktop, it pops up the error message:

"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application".

I had Nero 6.3.0.3 installed on my PC before installing Decrypter. I thought it might be a conflict with Nero. However, after removing Nero, I still have this message.

I have a movie with .img format. This forum suggests using Decrypter to write the image to DVD-/+R, but I failed to install the tool.

    1) What's wrong with Decrypter error message? any idea to fix this?
    2) In the meantime, what is the alternative tool to burn .img file to disc besides Decrypter?

    Pls response...

I would go and grab the new version. Uninstall the current version, reboot then install the new one.

  7. OK, I found the problem. I tried to install the latest version of Decrypter but no help.

I realized that my PC was infected by Adware.Superspider, so I cleaned in up. After this cleaning, my Decrypter was reinstalled and ran properly, as nothing happened. I think there is a conflict in the system32 folder...

    Thanks for the advices...
