What does this mean EXACTLY? I did a search and cant find the reason why.
Im converting an AVI. file to DVD and this happened once before and there was no apparently loss in quality, so I think its safe but it happens every so often, with the same file types. It does this all the way through the movie too (eg. frame 160, frame 221, frame 610, frame 650 etc, ) but it does it more frequently than that.

I'm at a loss as to exactly what yopu mean since ther is not enough info but I'm assuming what you are referring to is a the conversion from AVI to DVD compliant MPEG. AVI won't play on just about any standalone DVD player and the ones that do have to be in a compressed format such as DIVX.
