After Rip, how copy to 2 discs - Spilt- w/no compression?

I have tried everything and certain discs I have do not look good after compression...using a Mac....(DvdBackup > DVD2xone and Popcorn, burn with Toast).. I have read all the posts...

Someone suggested copy to 2 discs after ripping, splitting it up, no compression, how do I do that?

Do I need to use DVD2xone? Is there a way to dump certain files in Toast (I tried to do it and the first disc some chapters had no sound, etc.. )?

1. rip your movie over to your HD with MTR
2. open DVD2ONE, where it says COPY choose JOIN
3. you should see a window pop up on the right hand side. there are two options you can choose, one of them being CELL/CHAPTER/LAYER

clicking that, assuming you have the main title selected in the main dvd2one window, you will see that the movie has a layer 1 and a layer2

select all of layer one, and let dvd2one process that as 1 video_ts folder

repeat and then select all of layer 2 and let dvd2one process that as a 2nd video_ts folder

burn and you now have the movie in full quality split over 2 disks.
