My story gets even better.

There was a position in Lubbock, Tx that I applied for.

The recruiter called me back and was blown away with all my experience. Then he asked me if I had been submitted to Perot Systems b4. I told him yesterday, but there was a misunderstanding.

He then told me because I was already submitted, he could not try to submit me until May.

Call and find out. Ask how they got your name because there's been some sort of confusion on their part and you need to clear it up immediately. If they give you the runaround, ask for their name and demand to speak to their superior.
