Could not find second encoding window

Hello
I've got a strange problem.
TFM version 1.3 have worked ok (with cce), and now I uninstalled TFM1.3 and installed version 1.4 and ...... big trouble occured (I'm converting the same avi which worked on TFM1.3 just fine)

While working with version 1.4 the following information appears:

Have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling CCE? Then redirect TFM back to it. CCE gets lost sometimes and that usually works for me.
