Error starting svcd2dvd

My problem is when i try to start svcd2dvd i get the following error

I removed xp-sp2 but i am also behind a router so not sure if
that is stopping the programe can you shed any light on this please

I sorted it now thanx anyways it seems the programe must have
became corrupt that i backed up to cdr. I re-downloaded and installed
it again all fine now.
