  1. I take a 64min movie and encode SVCD 2520 constant bitrate video and 192 stereo 44100 audio. After conversion I cut 50sec off so I can burn with Nero (slight overburn) 759,835KB on one 650MB Imation CD-RW. According to the bitrate calculator, this should not be possible. It says I should encode 64min @ 13?? to fit on one 650MB cd. Can anyone tell me why this is possible?

  2. You must have selected VBR by accident.
    Try to analyze the MPEG file with a bit rate analyzer software. Click on the TOOLS button on the left to find it.
