    Hi Guys,

    Iam running under Windows Xp.Had some problems with my PowerDvd Software .So was trying to Uninstall my Cyberlink PowerDvd & the following message arrived(See attachment-An installation support file could not be found in the temp directory). Then tried to install the software with out uninstalling it,same message appeared.

    What should I do to install the software..

    Any help is appreciated..

    Try it in Safe Mode (F8 When the System Starts )
