Need recommendation on a DVD player.

I've got an indash TV in my truck, and want to put in a permanent dvd player. I've been using my ps2 for the longest time, but for some reason it leaves black bars above and below the pictures even though my monitor is widescreen, so it makes the pictures super widescreen and doesnt utilize the little space there is on the monitor(7").

So what I'm looking for is a dvd player with the following features.
-Plays in widescreen on a widescreen monitor, no black bars.
-Can resume playback in the exact spot even after the dvd player is unplugged and/or turned off.
-DVD-R/DVD+R playback
-Somewhat small in size

Some more features that I would like to have, but dont really care either way
-mp3 playback with id3 tags
-divx support
-VCD/SVCD support

I really want to spend less than $100. Thanks for any help.

if so, under $100 buys you nothing.

I already have an indash Monitor installed. I'm looking for a dvd player for under the back seat.
