I have several DivX files that play perfectly in Windows Media Player, but when I try and encode them in TMPGEnc Plus 2.5, I just get a solid white screen.
Any suggestions? I have the latest DivX codec as well as 3.11

Raise the directshow priority, www.videohelp.com/tmpgenc#problems

If that don't work well for you there is always frameserving with virtualdub.
