Someone is using my information

Someone who has bought it from me now put it up on their website without asking me.

How do I go about having it removed.

Well, if your IP isn't static, see if you can lease a new IP to get in and get some screen shots to prove he's in violation. Then send copies (email and notarized paper) to the ISP. If indeed it's a violation and they don't do anything about it they can be held liable for damages.

you could just spoof an IP, use a proxy, use an anonymizer, go to your local library and access the site.

Course you could always just ask someone to mail it to you...browsing their forums, seems as though at least 3 people are in the habit of mailing weed to friends and one of those has recently got caught and another is consoling him because he got 45 days in jail for it last year, mean while another member is making fun of those 2 because she only uses UPS or FedEx to mail her weed. Jesus it sounds like rationalization from my 4th period class

I would never reencode my songs at 64kb AAC. I use 128 AAC, and that sounds perty dang nice to me, but no way you would get me to cut that in half.

I honestly cannot here the difference between a 128kbps mp3 and a 64kpbs aac.

Anyway how can I stop someone using something I have wrote and have copywitten.
