hi,
im having a problem with the final dvd image and i havent quite managed to find a solution.
after ive encoded my avi. file and have my video_ts and audio_ts folder, i test it on apple dvd and it plays fine, then i burn my dvd and it plays without a problem on my external dvd player. however, on the external dvd player, once the movie plays faster images/sequences ie; running, fire, action - basically any kind of fast moving images the video playback stutters and wont play smoothl, until the shot pans out and the action on screen is slower.
is this a sample rate problem?
thanks for any help

It may eventually be a bitrate problem. To determine it, encode a clip of the same material with "DVD mpeg2enc" and check if it plays better (I assume you encoded that one with "DVD ffmpeg").
