Smart Resize Filter Makes Problems with TMPGEnc Xpress

I use the filter - smart resize (v1.1) with virtual dub to add black edges on the top and bottem of the image.
Untill now I was useing TMPGEnc Plus, and when I frameserved it with virutal dub (after adding the filter and making the changes) every thing was fine.
But now with the new TMPGEnc Xpress after I add that specific filter and frameserver it, the image gets black and white, fuzzy and crooked.

Does anyone know how to fix that problem ?
or maybe know if there is another filter like that ?

If you are up for it you could try using AVISynth.
