  1. I'm frustrated! I've got a Canon powershot A85 that stores half decent video files as Mjpeg's (.avi). I've tried three different programs to try to put them into any kind of format to burn them to a dvd. Cucusoft, TMPGEnc and WinMPG have all converted the file to a wav sound with the sound playing fine, but no video. I can view the original files on my computer through Quicktime, but not through windows player. I ran one of the files through GSpot, and it said the codec's are installed, however, I'm not sure how to read much of the other information on that screen (although it will show the video in three steps following a Jeilin Motion JPeg decompressor. I know I'm over my head with this, but just trying to get some videos of the kids on a dvd to show on TV...You'll make me a hero if I can do it! - Thanks
