I was able to transfer 2 video clips that were sent to me from an associate and i have them ready to burn to a dvd for an advertising promo, but the thing I am having trouble with is joining the 2 clips so they can play smoothly one after the other like if its all one video. Are there any tools that are freeware that I can use to join both these clips together so i can burn it to a dvd ,without menus or anything? And thank you in advance.

  2. dude any program u use to convert the video files into dvd compliant files should give you the option to merge them together or keep them separate. One is Tmpgenc xpress.

Assuming these are DVD ready mpeg files and not avi's etc.

I prefer not to join the files beforehand and instead let the authoring program do that. On playback you may get a small glitch when the player switches from one file to the next. Hardly noticable.
