TMPGenc crashes when I try to cut svcd files

When I try to cut svcd mpeg2 files with tmpgenc the program crashes. I can join files without a problem but not cut them. Is there something I can use other than tmpgenc to cut svcd files?

Try a newer version, as some of the 12X versions had a bug for Mpeg2 cutting
