Home Video using NeroVision Express?

OK, I am using an ATI Capture card (capturing at 640x480 in NV Express) with my Sony 8mm Cam and using NeroVision Express... everything works great, BUT
When the DVD is playing, the video is fine if the person is not moving, as soon as they move the get a sort of "blur" beside their body.
Did I do something wrong?

I use NVE and haven't seen the problem you describe. Have you tried capturing & burning from other video sources (like maybe from a VCR?) to compare results? Do your captured files appear normal when you play them on your computer?

Maybe there is an issue with capturing within Nero. I have an ATI TV tuner/capture card (TV wonder remote, or something like that), but I never capture video from within Nero...for some reason, at least with the prior version of Nero, it had trouble recognizing my card correctly. I just record all video directly with the ATI TV program, then add those files to a DVD project and have never had the problem you describe, regardless of the video source.
