  1. OK -- call me Old Skool, but I miss my old IBM "Clackity Clack" selectric-type / built like a tank keyboard. It died on me some time ago and I now have a Logitech Internet Navigator. It's a pretty good keybord, but I miss the solid feel and tactile feedback I used to get out of the old workhorse keyboard.

I'm not a touch typer (just 2 finger) so a "Natural" keyboard is out and I pound pretty hard on the keys. I kinda like the audio controls on the Logitech, but don't have to have them. Can be USB or PS/2.

If I could find one built like the old one, but incorporating the new features, I would surely be in heaven. Any recommendations ????

  2. I can get you any number of those old 15lb IBM keyboards. $20 CDN each, plus shipping.
I buy them 3 at a time for my son. He's challenged, and the term "banging on the keyboard" is quite literal. They stand up to abuse like nothing before, or since.
