I'm prepping a new public web server. This a.m. I copied over 12 gigs of data from one "wwwroot" to the other.
Now, are there any tools I can run that will compare my two shares and show me any 'delta' files located on one share not found on the other?
TIA

I love FileSync

WinMerge will do it. It'll also tell you if there are any differences in the files themselves.

The hard part will be if you're trying to do it from a remote machine. If that's the case, you'll probably have to VPN in and map network drives.
If you have physical access to one of the two servers (or a computer on their network) it'll be easier... in that case you could just browse the network for the directories to share in WinMerge. -
Thanks .... I have two drives mapped to the wwwroot share on each.... will try these apps out.
Thanks
