    Can WinAVI convert VCD and SVCD to DVD? And if so, how is the output quality?

    Yes it can. As for the quality, it is as good as the orginal VCD or SVCD.

    Or slightly worse, depending on how much resizing it has to to (352x240 to 720x480 can cause a BIG loss in quality).
