I want to capture in realtime with the Ati Rage 128 (32 MB oF RAM)
My Pc is an old AMD Duron 750 Mhz with 512 MB RAM and 20 GB 7200RPM hard disk.
I want to capture in real time in vcd pal format (352 * 288 25fps.....)
what's the best software to capture excellent VCD in real time?
Is my CPU ok for real time encoding?
Is my card ok for vcd recording or are in the market best cards that do this?
Sorry for my english and thanks for your answers !

I've got an ATI 7500 AIW card and can easily capture to VCD using the ATI MMC software. Your pc is similar to mine so you should be ok, good luck

Use the ATI MMC software to capture (see www.digitalfaq.com for decent settings). Your processor should be up to it as long as you stick to VCD and don't try anything better. Your hard drive probably isn't though, you don't appear to have a lot of spare space and, ideally. you want to be capturing to a separate hard drive.

I doubt it.
Worth a try though.
Warning: Your old MMC will NOT report frame drops.Want my help? Ask here! (not via PM!)
