    I want to make a simple scene cut, and save the result, doing a direct stream copy.

    like vdub with avi files.

    but i want to do it with VOB files, preserving all the audio tracks and subtitles.

    vdub, don't support direct stream copy with mpeg2, so....

    anyone ?

    For this purpose you can make use of two Elecard products: Elecard MPEG2 Player (it has the trimmer engine you need) and Elecard XMuxer. See www.elecard.com for more information

    MPEG-VCR or VideoREdo might do what you want - I'm not sure how they go with subtitles or VOBs though - they might need MPEGs
