    at work i have a dell with win 2000 installed in a novell environment. when i play a dvd, the video appears to play fine but the voices sound fast as if they were brething helium. when i was using win xp i did not have this problem. i am using power dvd xp and have tried media classic with the same results. what is happening ?

    I am just guessing, but you could try and upgrade to the newest powerdvd.

    It is now version 6.
