TSCV won't patch my menu to a still

I created a simple, non-motion menu. I have TSVC run TMPGEnc on it. Then when I try to do the patch, it gives me this:

Why can't it patch its own file?

If TSCV gives you troubles, why don't do it your own? It's very simple. You can serch for " This is how to make chapters and Menu" in this forum.
Or First make one picture (your menu) under "bmp" format (recommend res 704x480). Then load into TMPEenc as your video source. To make sure that TMPGenc works, you can make 5 seconds silent audio as your audio source.
