    There are no item #s. In his feedback one of the people he left comments on even asks if he has done business with them. I don't think be bid on anything of theirs. It seems he was just leaving random feedback.

    It looks like in 1999 you could. If you go a few pages back more people ask him why he left feedback for them. It seems he was just leaving random feedback.

    You used to be able to leave feedback on anyone you chose to, years ago. They changed to the feedback only by transaction thing sometime after this incident. For reasons just like this one...

    Been on ebay since 97.... ah, the good ol' days!
