  1. I am trying to backup some of my DVDs and occasionally I get a few stutters. Could this be with programs/utilities running in the background? I have created a new profile which has virtually nothing running, but when I tried to backup a DVD I get the following error messages.

    I was using DVD Shrink with Nero 6.3 if this helps.

  3. It's sorted now thankyou. It has been fine since using DVD Shrink and Datawrite media.
