How do you password protect certain files/folders in XP pro?
I want to share these folders with only one person not every profile and computer in the house. I've looked everywhere and can't find anything on this subject. Thanks

If you have admin rights, you have to go to the "security" tab on the properties of the folder. There you can set who has permissions to access the folder.

You could encrypt the folder and give the other person the ability to decrypt.
