    I have many avi movie files and i need to split them up to fit them onto two discs. I downloaded dvtool but it says it does not support theese files. Does anyone have any ideas? thank you very much

    Just about every editing progam does that, some only support specific types of video though, try virtualdub if your looking for a free one.
