I got a nice deal on a back-up pc and I pretty much let the kid use it. Its a dell 2400 2.6 celly and thats pretty much it. My OLD'er dog of a pc still has an 8mb AIW pci card in it.
Should I install the aiw in the new dell? I dont really plan on capturing anything with it, but its there if need and just being able to watch tv would be cool for the kid.
yeah / nay? pros / cons ? Is nothing better than this, in this case?

better than nothing, but that doesnt mean much considering the card. If hes just gonna do basic stuff with it, I mean at least it can be used with a monitor. The card will do that right,
so go for it!
